Jennifer Hepner is Miss Montana 2008. A graduated of the University of Montana, Hepner hopes to attain her Ph.D. in Communication Studies.
Hepner was charged with driving under the influence in Bozeman, Montana. She was pulled over on January 3, 2009, whereupon she refused a breath or blood test. The arresting officer seized her license. As a result of the DUI, Hepner's duties with the pageant has been suspended. DUI Arrest
The 23-year-old pageant winner was pulled over on January 3, 2009, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Hepner refused sobriety tests whereupon her license was seized and suspended. She has pleaded not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence and is contesting her license suspension.
